Ratafia

 

Dégustation :

Ratafia is a blend of two thirds grape juice and one third of Marc de Bourgogne.

At Chamilly the marc used is over 25 years old !
Once blended, we age our ratafia for two to three years in barrel without topping up. Those that know this ratafia tell us it is exceptional and we cannot help but agree !
