Crémant de Bourgogne “Classique” – Brut


Dégustation :

A blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Aligoté creates the balance in our crémant.
There is the freshness of the Aligoté, the fruit and roundness of Chardonnay with the structure of the Pinot Noir.


Élaboration :

The traditional method consists of a second fermentation in bottle by the addition of yeasts and a sweet liqueur. The wine will then start to turn to sparkling wine as it ages, in French this is known as élevage sur lattes. Our “Classic” Crémant is aged between 12 to 22 months “sur lattes”.
