Crémant de Bourgogne – Blanc de Blanc Brut
This 100% Chardonnay crémant is the haute couture of bubbles ! The grapes come from the Montagny les Bassets vines bringing an assertive characteristic.
The traditional method consists of a second fermentation in bottle by the addition of yeasts and a sweet liqueur. The wine will then start to turn to sparkling wine as it ages, in French this is known as
élevage sur lattes.
To gain in unctuousness the wine is aged for 30 to 40 months “sur lattes”.
